Mushtaq Ahmed Yousifi is one of the leading humorists of the twentieth century who has played a pivotal role in strengthening the literary tradition of Urdu satire and humor. Can be presented as, in which he has nurtured humor in the veil of his past by making the habits and qualities of his colleagues connected with his professional bank life and their natural attitudes and tendencies the subject of conversation. In the article under discussion, scribe has tried to present a critical and research analysis on the intellectual level of Mushtaq Ahmed Yousifi's autobiography "Zarguasht" on the negative and positive aspects of his colleagues.
