Abstract

Moby Dick is considered one of the world’s classic masterpieces. It is a symbolic novel depicting the destruction of Colonialism, religious monopolies, racism, and capitalism. In addition, it is a psychological masterpiece in which the depths of the human psyche are beautifully described. Through his characters, the novelist expresses revenge, fear, existential crisis, escapism, and other complex human emotions.
